As an Accounting Clerk at CE you will be performing clerical accounting fucntions, filing, customer set up and maintain customer accounts. This is a 6 month temporary contract.
What you will do in this position:
• Customer account setup and Maintenance.
• Input repair, promo, discount, and charge codes on completed Repair Orders.
• Adjust shipping terms as necessary.
• Process repair order shipping documents.
• Process exchange equipment return paperwork dispositioning to inventory.
• File or scan invoices as directed.
• Performs other clerical tasks and special projects as assigned.
What you need to succeed in this position:
• Good communication/customer skills.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Computer proficiency.
• Accurate data entry skills.
