Pella Windows and Doors is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Coordinator in our Greenfield Office. The work schedule is M-F 8am to 5pm. This individual is responsible for assisting customers via phone, processing/paying invoices and applying customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
Successful candidates must have the following skills:
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong data entry skills
Be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Must demonstrate effective problem solving skills
Have superior organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
Have good critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze the facts and circumstances surrounding individual problems and transactions and determine actions within the acceptable standards
Above average math skills to include the ability to accurately calculate figures and totals
Ability to use variety of office equipment such as computer, keyboard, calculator, mailing machine, photocopier, fax, and multiple line phone system
Ability to multi task and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Must be able to work overtime when needed
Prior experience with data entry, estimating, quoting or processing payments/credit cards is a plus
