I will provide a website that has between 53,500 and 54,000 listings, displayed with 20 per page. For each listing, manually open the listing, copy 6 fields, and paste them into a .rtf file (such as the template attached). All listings can go in the same file. This must be done manually and not by a computer program. I timed myself doing this. I copied 7 listings and it took me 323 seconds. This is 46 seconds per listing. Allocating 15% of time spent for breaks and margin of error, I believe that all listings can be completed in an average of less than 54 seconds per listing, or less than 811 hours total. The challenge is that I need this done in one month, which would require 5 full time people. The first person can start on page 1, the second on page 500, and so on. You can reach a particular page number by typing the page number in a specific place in the url. I will use this data to do a statistical analysis of the frequency of use of various words and phrases in these listings. I will not re-publish any of this data. This data includes absolutely no contact information (i.e. telephone numbers, email addresses, et cetera).
