Customer Service – Probably the largest component of what we do. Our Customer Service Team is available from 8-6 CT to field calls from employers and parents about the NMSN process. We can complete responses over the phone and also provide general information about how the NMSN process works. The Customer Service and Data Entry Teams also spend much of their time placing outbound calls to improve adherence to the NMSN program in Texas, all the while encouraging employers to register online and take advantage of the many benefits of responding without paper.
