Thank you for considering this project.
This is a straight forward data entry project. I will provide a website address and the supplier will connect and capture a value and enter that value into excel.
The first spreadsheet will have about 120 rows and 125 columns.
The rows are sequential dates; the columns are alphabetized customer names.
Our data entry girl, connected via high speed internet, using 2 monitors is easily able to enter 3 rows per hour. Thus, this is a 40 hour project. 120 rows/ 3 rows per hour = 40 hours. The end product is simply the completed worksheet. You will email me the completed worksheet and I will wire you or “Paypal” you the funds.
The speed of which you can enter the data is limited by the speed which you can access the website. Please do not respond if do not have a very, very fast access to the web, i.e. more than 256K, otherwise you will just sit and wait for the screen to refresh and you will never get done.
If successful with the first spreadsheet, an additional 1200 rows of work is available. Our data entry girl was going to spend all summer on it, but has decided to work on other projects.
Please note that this is very simple data entry. No excel formulas or formatting. Just capture the value. This project can be done over the summer, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Since the values are between +9.00 and -9.00, error checking is quite easy. Also, since the values don't change very much from day to day, it is easy to notice any errors in data entry.
Again, the supplier must have high speed internet connection to USA.
The supplier must be able to provide at least 40 hours of data entry per week. i.e. 120 rows. If you have multiple data entry persons, that's great. However, I must see at least 120 rows per week.
Please respond with a fee per row.
Thank you for your time,
