I need to cut and paste items from PDF and Spreadsheets into a database file. You will need to have OpenOffice (which is free) installed. I need all the spare parts to be individually entered. I would like to **pay per individual line entered**, I would guess there are 500 to 1000 items to enter.
Here is the process to enter each item. Look at the attached screen shots. On "[url removed, login to view]" you can see the source of the parts list. On "[url removed, login to view]" you can see where it needs to be pasted into. In PDF you select the text using the button inside the RED circle to go to text selection mode. In this example we will copy the information in line 4 the PINK box. This needs to go to: Code-->Part Num Description-->Name Price Euro-->Price Euro Then change the selection mode to snapshot/image by pressing the button inside the GREEN circle. Highlight the part, in this case item4, paste into a graphics program, save into a file. Then right click the image box in the database, "Insert Graphics From" the file you just saved.
