Data entry job requires accurate entry of business contact information to our company hosted form. The job requires typing business names and contact information (see the following fields). The businesses will be located on separate PDF documents that will contain on average 50 entries per document.
The data entry form consists of the following fields…
1) Source ID: From a drop list. (This entry provided).
2) Site ID: (This will need to be looked up on our Web site for approximately every 50 entries).
3) Company Name
4) First & Last Name:
5) Business Category: From a drop list (i.e. Health & Medicine)
6) Business Sub-Category: From a drop list (i.e. Dentist)
7) Email Address:
8) Web Address:
9) Phone Number:
The goal of the project is to obtain for every entry a valid business name, a business category, phone number, and email addresses. The majority of entries (60-70%) will only have a phone number. Approximately 30-40% of the entries will have an email address or a Web address. If a Web address is provided, but no email address, the worker will visit the Web site and try and find an email address and enter. The job requires a strong Internet connection and desktop to view each PDF document (2-15MB in size each). Our data entry form tracks users, entries, and times. Please bid on 10,000 entries. We have over 1 million records requiring entries and will evaluate several firms/individuals for long term work.
