I'm on the hunt for a talented freelancer who can masterfully organize and merge my clutter of Excel spreadsheets into one clean, streamlined file. This task is crucial for a smooth upload into our HubSpot CRM, ensuring our customer data is used to its full potential. PLEASE NOTE: I will only be able to respond during lunch hours (AUSTRALIAN TIME 12PM-1PM) or before 7am/after 5pm. **Data Involved:** - I'm dealing with customer information spreadsheets. Think names, emails, contact numbers—the works. **Your Task:** - Combine these multiple Excel files into one. - Ensure phone numbers are uniformly formatted across the board. No more guessing country codes or mistaking 5s for Ss! - Weed out any duplicate entries. - Please preserve all notes against each contact entry as we have been using the excel sheets as a cold call list and the data will be useful to refer to (not sure how we can make these notes talk to the CRM so if you have any ideas or knowledge I would be grateful). **Ideal Skills & Experience:** - Proficiency in Excel is a given. You should find pivot tables and VLOOKUP as easy as breathing. - Experience with data cleaning and formatting—your meticulous attention to detail will set you apart. - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM would be beneficial given this is the CRM we are looking to use. Knowing how this particular system digests data will make the upload process smoother. **Why This Matters:** - Clean, well-organized data is the backbone of our customer relationship efforts. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our sales and marketing teams.
