You need EventBrite experience for this project. We have an event that has private guests (event organiser calls them to get their RSVP and details) and public guests (who sign up on a website to RSVP). For private guests, we will have about 1200 names and details in an Excel sheet. We need someone to manually take these names and sign them up via the EventBrite as though they themselves signed up via the site. It is as simple as choosing the event session time that guest has selected, enter in name, contact details and answers to some questionnaire, and then submit the reservation so they get the confirmation email from EventBrite. Will be good if you work with a team, as it is 1200 names and NO mistakes can be made. Every form entry and submission should be screenshot as proof of submission and archived in Dropbox shared folder so we can track. Please elaborate your data entry set up / outfit and cost for 1200 names and expected number of days needed to do this job.
