I'm looking to work with someone who can build automation into a spreadsheet, so that I can take data and reformat it automatically, using automation, macros, etc.
The data is a list of property owners and the addresses of the properties they own.
i need to
1. migrate from raw data into clean data template. If you reference the clean-transition tab, the first two columns have the headers from the RAW tab in red and CLEAN tab in green. So you will first need to migrate data from RAW to CLEAN so that it matches Clean-Transition tab. Once you the CLEAN-Transition and CLEAN tabs look identical, please process the rules below.
2. migrate foreign addresses from main list into FOREIGN ADDRESS tab
3. migrate all entries without an address from main list to NO ADDRESS tab
4. migrate all entries without a first/last name to BUSINESSES tab
5. migrate all entries with only a first or last initial in the name to INITIALS ONLY tab
6. duplicate main tab and rename copy as LS - TO BE IMPORTED - PEOPLE
7. take the other main tab and remove duplicate entries and rename to TO BE MAILED - PEOPLE
8. Go to BUSINESSES tab and duplicate it
9. name one BUSINESS tab as LS - TO BE IMPORTED - BUSINESS
10. rename the other BUSINESS tab as TO BE MAILED - BUSINESS and remove all duplicates
Please submit a proof of concept file back to me with the above steps done. if you can do it successfully, i will hire you. if you can't, then this is not the right job for you.
