JPG to Word Converter App Needed

Only highly experienced people may bid here. 25% of the total amount will be given to you after you complete 50% of the total work. No amount will be increased for this project at any cost. No project will be awarded or no milestone will be released without checking your work on my project. We need these features to be added in the app. We need a desktop application which could read the fonts given on papers and convert it into word. Even if it could work with the help of some external device, we don't mind. Desiging of the app will be done at your end and there should be an admin account as well as there should be user accounts. Admin should be able to give customer support to any users and there should be an activation key feature also using which user account can be activated without that key activation it should not be possible. There should be chat feature also between user and admin. Source code will be our property.
