You must be able to:
Use video chat/Skype as lines of communication.
Speak English fluently.
Great at following up with clients
Great phone skills
Not necessary but sales skills is a plus
Great Communication Skills
Knows Data Entry
Handle client inquiries through phone or email
Good at Word and Excel
1. Find home owners that want to sell their homes!
2. Find people that would like to invest in real estate.
3. Keep the business organized and up to date.
Have done/Can do Acquisitions in Georgia
Know how to Set up Podio and know how to work Podio or know how to use a Real Estate CRM System.
Know to how to set up and use MoJo Dialer/Call Tools or how to use a Dialer system...
Know to Skip Trace and use a system to do so.
Know how to set up a Website and maintain the website
Know how to do Facebook ads and marketing
I am looking for someone to put at least 3hrs a day for 2-3 days a week until the business grows.
This is a long Term Position.
Please respond with what you know how to do and what you don't know how to do but are willing to learn.
(I would like to find someone who can do it all but if not just let me know what you are comfortable with doing.)
