Job Description:
I need 4 tabs: SLP/PTS/CLINIC/RD
SLP tab: I want to track how many inpatients and outpatients seen everyday and for each inpatient I want to track which IDDSI level they were prescribed (there are 8 levels) for each inpatient and outpatient I want to track how many errors occurred with taking care of that patient… and for each inpatient and outpatient I was to track length of stay…. And then I want all of this data to reflect onto a graph that shows trends
PTS tab: I want to track how many patients screened everyday and of the patients screened who was at risk and then I want all of this data to reflect onto a graph that shows trends
CLINIC tab: I want to track how many patients seen everyday and then for each patient track weight loss in lbs, body fat percentage decrease, lipid lab decrease, and weight circumference decrease and then I want it all reflected on a graph to show trends
RD tab: I want to track how many at risk patients seen and track how many doctor ordered consultations seen and I want it reflected on a graph to show trends
