Outbound Call Center / Customer Service Representative

Job Description

A US-based Company is seeking enthusiastic individuals for customer service associate position to join our growing team in our Karachi Office. This is a remote position working from home.

The individual in this role will be responsible for handling all calling tasks, responding to emails, fielding customer questions and complaints. Escalating high priority issues to the management team.

Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanour, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.


· Making outbound calls to Vendors, Shipping Companies and Customers in a timely manner throughout the shift

· Work on Calling Task assigned to you by the Management Team

· Maintain professional relationships with Vendors through ongoing excellent customer service

· Follow up on issues and check on status to ensure resolution

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure items are delivered to customers on time.

· Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines on every task

· Perform duties and responsibilities with our customers’ satisfaction as your number one priority

Skills and Requirements:

· Intermediate education required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Must be professional and punctual

· Previous Customer Service experience preferred.

· Proficiency in the English language both verbal and written.

· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

· Must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets

· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

What you will need

· A quiet work environment

o High-speed internet connection and a computer (laptop with back up battery preferred) with headphones.

· Computer

o Desktop (with UPS back up) or Laptop with battery

o Windows 10 with MS Office installed

· Headphones

· You must have Skype and Whatsapp downloaded both on the computer and your phone

Salary Range and hours

PKR. 15,000 - 25,000/Month with attendance allowance.

This is a long-term permanent position with working hours from 9 PM to 5 AM.
