Position Overview

This individual will provide excellent customer service both externally and internally. He/She is the face and voice of our company and is to project a positive and professional demeanor over the phone and in person. This person is responsible for day to day support for both Hupp Signs & Hupp Draft.

Essential Job Functions

The basic function of the Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Admin is to:

Be the gatekeeper for all departments

Act as a support for office staff by performing administrative tasks

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the job requirements of this position. Proven customer service experience, with ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations

Must demonstrate confidentiality on all levels of communication

Strong ability to multi-task between calls, data entry, and special projects

Ability to adapt quickly to meet changing situations

Must be very organized to maximize job productivity with strong time management

Must be able to prioritize tasks

Must be able to work with all levels including: team members, management, owners, and clients

Ability to track and follow up timely with co-workers and customers

Learn quickly with little supervision

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be able to communicate effectively in a diverse environment

Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook and Typing

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have at least one (1) year of administrative support, customer service, and/or office experience.
