Essential Job Functions
The basic function of the Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Admin is to:
Be the gatekeeper for all departments
Act as a support for office staff by performing administrative tasks

Must demonstrate confidentiality on all levels of communication
Strong ability to multi-task between calls, data entry, and special projects

Must be able to prioritize tasks
Must be able to work with all levels including: team members, management, owners, and clients
Ability to track and follow up timely with co-workers and customers
Learn quickly with little supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in a diverse environment
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook and Typing
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least one (1) year of administrative support, customer service, and/or office experience.
