You will be working remotely on Windows Desktop via Chrome remote desktop under supervision of senior account assistant.
You will be responsible to extract documents and catalog them to specific year/month folders.
the document you will be filing to folders are such as: outgoing
and incoming invoices, supplier statements, from provided email account and openerp (CRM)
and organize them in folders.
For any missing documents such as missing statements, you have to maintain XLS sheet and provide the missing document.
the work is estimated for 10 hours.
The timezone of work is from 18 CET till 23 CET in period of 2 days.
