I am seeking an experienced freelancer to complete an analysis of which horse is the shortest favourite at each horse racing meeting and also which horse has the highest win % using Racenet. The analysis should cover all regions, including NSW, VIC, and QLD, WA, TAS, thats all selections on a daily bases in Australia early mornings should include both Flat races and Jumps races. We are looking for a comprehensive results presentation, such as a downloadable spreadsheet format and/or a written summary and/or visual representations using charts or graphs. All results must be safely downloadable to computers to ensure the utmost privacy and confidentiality. I would like all meetings states for that day on a daily bases also i only want to send the download to certain people i know and how much will it costs
