Transfering a 228 page document into a Word template

I am seeking to transfer a 230 page document, consisting of 12 chapters, into a word document template. You would need to apply the styles built into the template document. At the end of the work, I would like 12 .docx documents that were created using the new template and its built in styles, one for each chapter of the source document. I will provide a PDF and .docx files of the existing document, and a .dot file of the format that I would like the document translated into. The successful bidder would need to be contactable by phone to discuss any issues, and preferably in east coast Australia. Seeking attention to detail and work to a high standard. May lead to further work of a similar nature. Happy to complete either fixed price or hourly. If hourly, I would need an estimated maximum time.
