A private business in Switzerland is currently looking for a full time personal assistant starting immediately. Primary job responsibilities include:
- Responding to whatsapp/Email requests with standard response.
- Manage and plan schedule and accommodate new client‘s requests accordingly.
- Prescreening any client request based on predefined criteria.
- Once an appointment is confirmed, inform about the venue and time.
PS: Knowledge of German language is a big plus.
This job doesnt require any special skill set, just good communication skills & ability to manage calendar in a timely manner.
