I’m putting together a small remote team and need one reliable virtual assistant I can count on month after month. Before we start the paid engagement, we’ll spend 15 days working side-by-side in a hands-on, unpaid training period so you understand our tools, workflows, and tone of voice. Once that’s complete, we’ll move into a steady monthly arrangement. Here’s what you’ll handle day to day: • Payment tracking – recording incoming payments, flagging discrepancies, and sharing a concise end-of-day summary. • Facebook post scheduling – drafting or queuing content so it goes out on time and aligns with our content calendar. • Video uploads – organising and publishing product demos, tutorials, and the occasional webinar to our drive and channel, adding titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails we provide. • WordPress content updates – swapping in new copy or images, keeping internal links current, and double-checking that each change looks good on desktop and mobile. • Data management – keeping our spreadsheets tidy, up-to-date, and easy for the rest of the team to read. data entry, website maintenance, payment tracking and follow up, email scheduling and more normal day to day task every training will be provided for the same. You’ll work with familiar tools such as Google Workspace, Facebook Creator Studio, WordPress, and basic spreadsheet formulas. If you already know your way around those, great; otherwise, the training period will bring you up to speed. Communication is mostly async via Slack, with a brief weekly call for priorities and feedback. Accuracy, clear status updates, and respect for deadlines matter more to me than the number of hours you sit at the keyboard.
