This is a position for a virtual receptionist who is responsible for answering phone calls, booking new appointments, responding to basic client questions, and communicating with our team. May also include additional virtual administrative tasks as needed. This position may also include additional virtual administrative assistant tasks, as needed. WHO YOU ARE: 1. You are a fluent English speaker. Preference is given to applicants who are fluent in both Spanish and English located in South or Central America. 2. You are organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize. 3. You are positive, welcoming, and have a professional demeanor. 5. You care about the rights of immigrants in the United States. 6. You are able to follow directions and work within operational systems by following the training guidelines. 7. You have a reliable internet connection. 8. You are available Wednesday – Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST. WHO WE ARE: 1. Blessinger Legal PLLC is an immigration law firm located in Falls Church, Virginia. 2. Our firm currently has a well-trained, efficient, and passionate team comprised of a combination of in-office and virtual staff. 3. We are a client-focused, results-oriented firm. Customer service and excellent results are our highest priorities. 4. We handle a wide range of immigration cases, including removal defense, U visas, T visas, asylum, adjustment of status, Violence Against Women Act, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, citizenship applications, consular processing, and other applications.

I have been into customer service and did outbound calls. It was into US process. The role reported to team leader for Insurance related queries. It includes calling U.S clients at various location and asking them to get in touch with their Insurance companies for balanced billed amount. It was related to physicians bill which was underpaid by the Insurance companies as the physicians were not contracted within the hospitals. Responsibilties: Helping U.S clients by calling them and asking them to call their insurance companies for emergency visit to the hospital. Explaining the patients regarding their emergency visit and asking to call their insurance provider to process the payment at a higher benefit level in order to avoid being balanced billed. Helping customer to conference the call with the Insurance companies and used talk offs.

Hello Sir. This is Md. Roman Mir. I've worked as a US based property preservation Virtual Office Assistant in last 2 years from home. My duty was to check out the email, reply accordingly, set up meeting with clients, call the field contractors in different states of US like, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Maine, Maryland, California, Pennsylvania and brief them about the different work orders in details and take the updates over phone using Vonage business software. After that I also have to update the nationals like, MCS, MSI, Service Link, Safeguard, Xoom, VRM, Cyprexx etc. about the work order progress or if there any issues with the work orders. Maintain office files in word, excel, note pad, etc. duties. I’m fluent in English both written and oral. I'm familiar with MS Excel, MS word, Notepad, copy typing and many more. I can type fast and accurately. My typing speed is 40+ per minutes. I’m working with a laptop and an extra mouse, keyboard and a monitor which helps me to work faster and accurately. I am very fluent in English both written and oral. So I think I can handle this job more accurately as you need.
