Invoice Data Entry & Extraction

I have between 150 and 200 PDF and JPG invoices that need to be digitised. Every invoice contains a mix of text and numeric information— SUPPLIER ,S NAME , DATE , SHORT ITEM DESCRIPTION ( 4-5 key words) line-item descriptions, total price , and MAY BE reference notes. Your task is to read each image or PDF carefully and transfer all required content into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. TEMPLATE SUPPLIED BY ME Each row should represent one invoice; the columns will capture the key fields listed above so I can sort and analyse them later. Accuracy is essential, especially on figures and dates, so please double-check entries before delivery. Deliverable • One Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) containing all extracted data, cleanly formatted and ready basic calculation operations If you use OCR, please spot-check and correct any recognition errors. Manual entry is also fine as long as the final sheet is 100 % accurate.
