Hi, I can write the app code in PHP that fetch you google form data using Google API and create required PDF Files (you will provide the format). The app code will be hosted in server and using cron job it will keep fetching Google Form data (let's say every 5 minute) and create the PDF file which you can access by logging-in to the application site or it can also be saved to your google drive (any specific folder), an appropriate file naming convention or folder structure will be used based on your data for easiest file access.
