With over 17 years of comprehensive experience in developing and integrating various industrial applications, I am very interested in the Senior dataPARC / PI System Developer position. Not only do I have a strong background in working with platforms similar to dataPARC (such as AVEVA PI, OSIsoft PI, Aspen InfoPlus.21, and Honeywell Uniformance), I also have deep knowledge of OPC/OPC UA, SQL Server, and other hard points cited as requirements for this role. I am adept at integrating process historians with ERP, MES, LIMS systems, just as you've mentioned needing. In addition to my technical proficiency, I have a thorough understanding of manufacturing and process industries that would be immensely valuable in this role. Having extensively worked with PLCs, DCSs, SCADA systems over the years has equipped me with the skills necessary to troubleshoot complex data flow patterns and connectivity issues efficiently. Please find the responses to your questions below: Total Experience: 8 Years Experience with DataPARC / PI System / Historian Platforms: • 8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Historian Systems, and Data Integration across Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Agriscience, and Utilities. • Expertise in AspenTech solutions, including Aspen IP.21, Aspen AMS, and eBRS implementations and upgrades. • Led support and upgrade initiatives for Aspen IP.21, ensuring system stability and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience in SQL scripting, SQLPlus development, dashboards, server patching, and third-party integrations. • Played a key role in eBRS deployments, testing, defect resolution, and environment migrations. • Supported Aspen AMS/eBRS upgrades from v8.7 to v10. • Implemented OSI Monarch SCADA, including vendor coordination, FAT, SAT, and UAT activities. • Provided Hypercare support during cutover phases. • Deployed and supported DataPARC Historian (S-imoms), resolving integration challenges and improving data accessibility.
