Current setup • All files are digital, split between Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. • No consistent naming or folder hierarchy yet. What I want done 1. Design and build a master folder tree in both Drive and OneDrive that mirrors our departments (Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Finance, etc.). 2. Migrate every existing file into its proper place, renaming where needed so the entire library follows the new convention. 3.
