Este projeto é para criar um banco de dados (tabela Excel) com os dados de licitações fechadas, do governo federal / estadual (SP/PR/RJ/MG/RS) ou municipais (capitais SP/RJ/PR/MG/RS), incluindo detalhes sobre a licitação e sobre a empresa que ganhou o serviço de licitação.
O periodo de pesquisa é de 2005 até 2019.
Este project deve ser entregue até 2/Janeiro/2020.
