I have a list of about one million contacts in approximately 50 different MS Access tables, of which different tables are different states or other categories of contacts.
Approximately half of the contacts have email addresses. I need a version which has deleted all those without email addresses. Also, I need this version simplified into state by state tables so I have only 50 tables (right now other tables include data extracted by company or other criteria).
Additionally, I need the list cleaned of any duplicate email addresses or those where there is an obvious error, such as the inclusion of a ! or $ or other invalid character in the address.
Also, I need a standardized naming of the columns within the database for all of the output. This would include Name, Phone, Address, City, State, County, Zip Code, Email, Phone, Fax.
Finally, each contact has a current field for 'Name'. While retaining this information, I need a new field created where the first name of the contact has been extracted into the new field and the original name retained, so that my new list will have a category 'Full Name' containing all of the original data as well as a category titled 'First Name'.
ADDITIONAL: My list is old and from experience about 30% are bad email addresses. If you are capable of accurate cleaning my list of invalid email addresses, I will pay extra for this. I attempted to do so using a software for sale, but I found that it was not accurate in identifying good or bad addresses. Please specify if you can accomplish this additional task. Otherwise I will create a separate project for this.
