I need an expert at Excel.
I have 2 files that i need put into 1 file, all duplicates removed. this is a mailing & telemarketing list so i need to remove all duplicate businesses/or addresses that appear twice. this would only take an expert a few mins.
Budget under $20. This is a quick job.
before the files are merged the following needs to be done.......
1. the [url removed, login to view] file needs the "state & postcode" column spit into 2 columns "state" & "postcode" just like impactlist1.xls.
2. The "std phone" & "phone number" column in [url removed, login to view] need to be merged into one column called "phone
3. The "std fax" & "fax number" into 1 column in [url removed, login to view] need to be merged into one column called "fax"
4. all columns must be the same before the merge of the 2 files and removal of duplications.
5. the file called [url removed, login to view] must be sorted via "category" and sorted into the following categories: (remove all of category "martial arts" and save in separate file.
Corporate Health Fitness
Employment and Careers
Health Fitness Centre
Martial Arts -(this category needs to be removed and saved in a new xls file before merging the 2 file as i don't require this in the final file).
once the martial arts category has been removed and the columns of both files are identical they can be merged and the duplicates removed.
Budget $20 or less. do not bid higher as you will not will the job
