Offer manager

An established IT company (22 developers and new 4 to come this month) in Ukraine is seeking to hire few professionals for full/partial time to assist us with bidding on new projects.

Responses will be mostly prewritten. It would be beneficial if have a basic understanding of the concepts. Initially, your job would entail:

Bidding on on new projects on various job posting web sites. Initially we will send you which projects to bid on and what price. You would be putting together an adequate response, based on the job posting. We will provide with text for bidding, ready freelancw accounts, portfolio, cover letter, extensive support and will ensure that any questions you have are answered.

In your response please let me know what hours you will be available to work each day, how much time do you need per day for bidding. We are flexible with exact hours you will work, but would like you to keep to a consistent work schedule, so we can discuss projects with you each day.

Must have Skype, and you should be very good in written English. Must have a good enough internet connection to facilitate calls through Skype.

Main goal is to become interested to client and answer to you, after that i can help you or continue conversation by myself to close deal.

We can work on hourly or on commision based or bonuses
