Fax Broadcasting

I am looking for an already built online application. I am looking for a fax broadcasting system that will allow me to: Send Australian fax numbers to Australia view log files upload pdf The system will charge per successful send only regardless of how many numbers are loaded. The cost per fax cannot be greater than $0.02cUS per succesfull fax send. Payment will be made once log files are received and numbers retested on our system. The cost for this project can be quite large and we are willing to pay in sections and repost projects per section. Potential: We are looking at hopefully achieving a minimum of 300,000 succefull transmisions at 0.02cUS Therefore this project will achieve a potential costing of over $6000US
