Data Mining Twice a Week

Here is the description:
A lawyer client of mine needs to mail criminal bonded clients twice a week, on Monday and Thursday. The contact information is located behind a password-protected area. I need the data accessed and put into a comma delimmeted file twice a week, on Monday and Thursday, no later than 8am central standard time, US.
On Monday, the data that should be delivered will be for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, therefore, there will be 4 lookups, one for each day. On Thursday, the data delivered should be for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, requiring 3 lookups. The data should be delivered by email twice a week. Expect about 100 contacts per day.
The project is therefore an ongoing, twice a week project.
