Responsibilities: Source and apply to 100+ tech roles/week (primarily ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Data roles) that require 1-3 years of experience Use tools like SimplifyAI, Teal, or similar job automation platforms — no fully handwritten applications Apply only to recently posted jobs (past last day or 2 or 3 days for startup and last 7 days for bigger companies) to improve response rate Avoid applying to senior, staff, or lead roles Target roles that match my resume/tools/skills (Python, SQL, AWS, React, something with AI too) Keep track of all submitted applications via spreadsheet or tracking tool (like Huntr or Google Sheets) Requirements: Experience with AI-based job application tools (e.g., SimplifyAI, LazyApply, Teal) Familiarity with ATS optimization and job keyword matching Understanding of the software/tech hiring space (keywords, roles, and how job levels work) Detail-oriented: can filter out roles that are not a match (e.g., over 3 years experience, seniority mismatch) Can work quickly and in bulk, using smart automation rather than manual effort Able to deliver a weekly or bi-weekly update/report Bonus Skills: Familiar with basic resume customization using AI tools Can monitor job feeds (LinkedIn alerts, Indeed, etc.) Has previously helped other tech professionals land interviews using similar methods
