Hi, I did a PhD in Machine Learning at ETH Zürich and finished in 2019. Currently, I do a Postdoc in Brazil (home country) in Machine Learning. I am in a transition phase with the financial support so I am dedicating some time to freelancing while the situation solves itself. I would be able to dedicate a lot of time for your project for a couple weeks. I have previously worked with autoencoders and I am generally familiar with state of the art unsupervised/self supervised learning techniques. We would need some time discussing the problem itself and potential approaches one can take that might be successful, then proceed to discuss price+time for an implementation. It is quite possible that the first approach will not work but at least one would learn something regarding how to proceed on the problem. How many images do you have? You attached a bit more than 100 images but from the numbering I am guessing you have 1000 ish? It is possible that some good vision network pretrained on large datasets can be finetuned with some clever artificial task to learn your task. Well, we have to discuss it to know what is the best approach, currently I do not have enough information to tell you
