I have a batch of highly-structured PDFs whose tables combine text and numeric fields on every line. Each file also contains a few reference images, but the scope of this job is strictly to capture the text-and-number data and place it into the corresponding columns of a Google Sheet that I will share with you. Because the layout is consistent across all documents, once the pattern is understood the work should flow quickly. Accuracy is more important to me than speed: every field must match the PDF, number formats must stay intact, and any missing or illegible values should be flagged in a separate “Notes” column rather than guessed.
