I’m looking for help building an Excel-based staff overtime dashboard. I’ve already started the structure and data, but I need someone to develop and connect everything properly. Here’s what I have so far: An Excel workbook I use for managing staff overtime, with two main sheets: Page 1 – Overtime records, with reference number generation (already working) Page 2 – Source data for each staff member What I need your help with: Build out a **Dashboard** that includes: Filters to select specific staff and time ranges Summary KPIs (e.g. total hours worked, overtime % of contract, double shifts flagged, etc.) A drill-down table to display overtime entries by staff and date A highlight or flag when overtime exceeds 30% of contractual hours A Filter to show how much overtime a manager authorises Add a summary view on **Page 2** showing per-staff insights, for example: > “Bob Smith worked 42 hours of overtime in December, which is 35% of their contractual hours.” Other Notes: Some staff are part-time, so calculations should account for their contracted weekly hours. I’m happy to use anonymised names if needed (e.g. “Manager 1”). I’ve also included two template files that you can edit and adapt, so you won’t have to start from scratch.
