Hi, I need information from printed spreadsheets, contracts, and forms sorted by account name in the attached PDF entered into our database fields for each record.
Also I need the contract for each account in the PDF's separated into an individual contract PDF's and uploaded/attached to the account record of the database. I have 3 more PDF's that are too big to attach but there are about 160 accounts that need information updated. Only 5 will have the electronic payment form. Much of this information is already int he database so I just need you to update any blank fields and attach the Contract PDF to the account. The other PDF's are 7MB, 11MZB, and 7MB. Can I email these to you since they wont fit here?
I have attached a screen shot of the database account data entry view and sample data in a PDF for you to use to asses the job. I can send you access to my database so you can see how easy it will be to input the data that is currently missing into the accounts database record directly. We can review it it together on a skype chat.
In this PDF there are as many as 3 documents for each account but most accounts only have a printed excel sheet hand written called "Sunshine Go Sample test and offer Sheet" and a standard contract with signatures at the bottom in word. A couple will also have a bank check and "electronic payment form" with the client name on it.

What I need are the fields with values from the hand written "Data test and offer sheet" transferred to the database which looks the same as the sheet, you can see in the database view screen shot attached here.
There is also a contract scanned for each account along with the data sheet and I just need the customer/ client name from below the signature line put into the database if it is missing in the "owner/Manager first name" and "owner/manager last name field" from these documents.
I then want you to attach the contract as an individual PDF or JPG to the account record using the attach function in the screen shot called "attach function in database" . You just navigate to the contract file on your pc and click upload, then click update to save it to the record. You can see this tool in the screen shot below called
