I'd keep the data entry flow as simple as possible while capturing everything you need. Flutter for iOS and Android, Firebase backend, Google Maps picker for location, Cloudinary for images, YouTube links for video. Multi floor structure per property, role based access for admin and survey agents, multi company data separation. Admin panel for managing dropdowns, users and activity. Search and filtering by location, budget and type.
