Real-time from a third party usually means retries and duplicate deliveries, so a sample that just inserts the JSON will double-write sooner or later. I'd keep the raw payload in a JSON column and add an idempotency key plus signature check. Which provider sends the webhook, and should the database be SQL Server or Postgres? I've built a Spring Boot service that pulls data from several outside platforms into one database.
