Zoho Creator HR Management App

Project Summary I need an experienced Zoho Creator developer to build a web-based internal HR / management app. This is NOT a mobile app and NOT custom code. It must be built entirely in Zoho Creator using forms, workflows, lookups, and Deluge. The app will manage: - Prospect → Employee lifecycle - New hire document collection & compliance tracking - Role-based access (Admin, Manager, Leads) - Asset issuance tracking with automatic history - Alerts for missing or incomplete items Vehicle maintenance is explicitly out of scope for this phase. Key Requirements - Prospect records are separate from employees - Prospect cannot be saved without interview & road test dates. - Prospects auto-expire after 10 days if not converted - Employees move through New Hire → Training → Active → Terminated - Termination can occur from any stage and requires forms - New hire requires multiple document uploads (DL, SS card, DOT, etc.) - TSA stages are tracked via checklists/status flags (not documents) - Assets can be issued to employees, vehicles, or Inventory. - Every asset status change creates an automatic history record - Alerts appear on home/HR pages and stop when resolved - Basic task assignment tied to employees/prospects (simple open/completed tasks) Important - Zoho Creator only (advanced/relational engine) - Must use workflows and Deluge - Web-based app only - Fixed-price project Please answer ALL of the following or your bid will be ignored: 1) How many Zoho Creator apps have you built? 2) Describe one app where you used workflows + Deluge. 3) How would you implement automatic asset history logging? 4) Confirm this is a Zoho Creator web app (not mobile/native).
