Retail customer database program

I own a retail store and would like a program whereby, with the customers permission information of theirs is captured. Namely: 1) Full Names 2) Physical address (Optional) 3) Contact numbers 4) Email address 5) Date of birth 6) Anniversary date 7) Product preferences A family profile shall then be created, with the husbands, wife's and children's information all stored. The purpose for such a program is for me to be able to generate reports and reminders so that i can contact the customer either via a phone call, text message, email (whichever medium they may prefer), and offer them a reminder and special discount, thus creating a personal touch, as well as loyalty and increase in revenue. Very important is for me to be able to print a report in advance which shows all upcoming birthdays / anniversaries, and when the report shows a particular person, i can then click onto the profile, and it should show who are his family members, so that i could then contact them. Further a feature where i can make additional notes on an individuals profile, as well as his/hers family profile needs to be accommodated. The program needs to be very user friendly, and different user access levels are a must, as i would like customers to fill in their info on a tablet at the paypoint area, however only i should be able to view reports etc. Additionally a separate feature on the program should allow for customer comments, compliments, complaints, suggestions etc.
