i’ve done very similar recently, handled SAP Basis migrations from Azure to AWS including HANA system copy and license rebind. Which SAP version and DB are you running (ECC/S4 + HANA/AnyDB), and what is the current system size and downtime window? Do you prefer homogeneous system copy (SWPM + R3load) or near-zero downtime (SUM DMO with uptime)? I suggest using DMO with system move if HANA is involved; it reduces downtime and simplifies steps. I also suggest pre-validating AWS instance sizing and IOPS with SAP QuickSizer to avoid post-migration performance issues. I’ll run discovery, capture landscape and sizing, and define migration path.
