Pay-After-Results Course Marketing

I have a digital product and I need a marketer who can bring real sales, not just traffic or clicks. My product details: Type: Digital product (for example: eBook, course, templates, etc.) [login to view URL] Target audience: [briefly describe your target audience if you know it, e.g. “beginners who want to learn X”, “people interested in Y”] Your main goal: Get at least 100 sales for my product in a reasonable time frame. What I want from you I am looking for someone who can handle everything related to marketing, such as: Planning the marketing strategy Setting up ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook & Instagram, Google, or any other platform you prefer) Creating or guiding ad creatives (images, short videos, ad copy) Setting up tracking (Pixel, events, etc.) Optimizing campaigns to reduce cost per sale and increase conversions Suggesting improvements for the landing page if needed I am not a marketing expert, so I want someone who can take full ownership and guide me on what is needed. Payment model (very important) I prefer a pay after results model. I want to pay you after you start getting real sales for my product. I am open to discussing a fair structure (for example, fixed amount after 100 sales, or per-sale basis), but I do not want to pay a big amount upfront without seeing any results.
