Diagrams, call-outs, warnings, and a concise troubleshooting section all need to be integrated so that a first-time user can get up and running without extra support. I’m happy with Word as the primary authoring environment; if you typically create illustrations in Visio or similar, that’s perfect, just embed them at final resolution. Key deliverables • Annotated outline for approval • Draft manual (Word) with placeholders for all graphics • Final press-ready PDF and editable source files I’ll review each stage within 48 hours and return consolidated feedback.
