I need complete PPAP paperwork for a sand-casting process. The cast part is already through design reviews; what is missing is well-structured documentation that aligns with AIAG PPAP and APQP requirements so it can be released to our customer without delay. The scope covers three core files, all built inside my existing company templates (Excel / Word). I will supply the blank templates and the latest print, BOM, process sheets and capability data; you transform that input into customer-ready documents: • Control Plan (CP) as per new 1st AIAG edition • Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) as per new AIAG+VDA 1st edition • Process Flow Diagram (PFD) all documents must be in excel format. Each file must reflect the actual foundry route—pattern making, sand mould preparation, pouring, shake-out, fettling, heat treatment and final inspection—and show clear linkage between operations, controls, and risk mitigations. Deliverables are accepted when: – Every line item matches the numbered operations – Severity, Occurrence and Detection ratings in the PFMEA follow AIAG tables, with AP calculations complete. – Control Plan characteristics are traceable to the drawing’s special and critical features. – All documents pass our internal PPAP checklist on first review and remain fully editable. A solid understanding of sand-casting metallurgy and previous PPAP experience is essential to finish this quickly and accurately. Once the draft set is approved, I will sign off and upload them to the customer portal.
