downloader

We are a data service provider and have data on our servers which is updated daily for our users to download. We would like to provide end users with a utility to download our data with the ability to provide a datasheet for each row that can be manually adjusted as well as the option to download data in a few different formats ascii/csv and a few other popular formats. As alot of our users download our data only once a week it needs to automaticaly find out where they are up to and continue from there. It should be a user friendly interface with the ability to drag and drop into different databases. It will have various check boxes to specify what data the user would like and how it will be downloaded.
