Ebay Template

HI, i need a custom logo, auction template for my ebay store. the template would contain some flash. very sharp, clean, crisp, designs.

It has to be designed to the highest level, website quality. i need a designer who can take control of the project, they have to have some understanding of ebay's listing procedure, and limitations.

I am selling dirt bikes similar to the one I have attached in colours of Red, blue, green,yellow,orange.
