**INSIDER TIP** The covering letter you write is your proposal, messages get lost, that is the first thing I see when I evaluate your offering. The entries I am getting are weak, what technology will you use, what processes are in place, have you used Jira and Confluence before. Telling me you can do the job and asking me to get in contact with you isn't going to work for me unless that that cover note ticks my boxes.
We are a jewellery platform that is looking to rebuild the website. It is currently in Shopify but it is slow, the UX is horrible and the SEO is beyond poor on the platform we are on. We'd like to move to headless technology.
I am an ex project manager for a luxury brand, I use Confluence as a WIKI for all the specifications, we use JIRA for all the tickets. The structure behind the project is clearly defined but we now wish to re-platform without building the project from scratch, we are leaning towards headless technology.
Attached is an overview of the brief, those shortlisted will get access to the full specifications.
Please read the brief carefully and come back to me with a personalized proposal based on the information you have given, demonstrate you speak and can write good English, confirm your availability and based on the information I have shared, work that you have already done that would make you a firm choice to lead the project.
When bidding please specify what your MONTHLY amount would be not the TOTAL cost of the project, so I can get an idea of your full time rate. I'd imagine this project will be 6 months at least so that would give me an indication of costs
