Looking for technical writer in software document (SDLC)

I am developing a framework in software engineering specific in (Software Development Life-cycle) where I need to rephrase back the terminology used in my research. Besides, I want to write for ISI journal which require a professional English level. Actually I only have draft on what I am going to write but I would like you to rephrase back all the draft to be in sentence and in a nice flow. Could you do that ?
