I’ll cleanly cut the old 3‑minute commercials, drop in your updated MP4s at the exact timestamps, and make sure audio, pacing, and quality stay consistent across all 10 x 30‑min videos (Premiere Pro/Resolve workflow). i would like to know the below. - Are the new commercials the same duration as the old 3‑minute spots, or do lengths vary? - What final delivery specs do you need (resolution, frame rate, codec/bitrate, and loudness target)? I think we should. - Use a master timeline template with markers so every insertion is frame‑accurate and repeatable, reducing errors alot. - Normalize dialog and ads to a single loudness target and add brief fades to avoid clicks/pops and jarring cuts. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I import all source videos and MP4 ads, confirm specs, and set a clean template timeline. 2) I remove each old ad using your timestamps and insert the new spots with agreed cut/fade style. 3) I match audio loudness, fix any color shifts, and QC each ad boundary frame by frame. 4) I export masters to your specs, apply a clear naming/versioning scheme, and send one sample for sign‑off before batch finishing
