Completion of adult fiction manuscript

I have started my first novel based on my true life experiences.
The manuscript is currently 46000 words in but requires expanding and additional content, imagination and formatting with with an agreed finale between us.
The book is related to Irish culture, romance & tragedy.
On completion the names of the characters will be altered accordingly.
I will be happy to attach my incomplete manuscript by pdf to the right person. A declaration certification will be allocated.
I am hoping the person who replies to assist me with this is open minded as there are some sex scenes and gay related content. I require strong emotional content and additional build up to complete a tear jerking finale.
Please do not reply if you are not Uk/Irish culture as this will come across in the literature.
